After 3 zero days in Leadville trying to get healthy, I’m back on the trail heading toward Twin Lakes. The Urgent Care doctor said, “Rest for a while and hike when you feel better.” Patience isn’t one of my virtues, and I hope three days off is enough!
Twin Lakes is my last stop before entering the Collegiate West, It’s exciting, but I’m also a little worried. Hiking with a cough isn’t fun, and it’s still hard for me to catch my breath, especially going uphill.
