It’s time to start the Colorado Trail. I’m going solo and hiking 485 miles. I’m trekking SOBO (southbound), from Waterton Canyon outside of Denver all the way to Durango.
It has taken lots of planning to get here after I had to abort my PCT hike earlier this year. The foot injury I sustained while hiking on the PCT meant several months of rehab after a few weeks in a boot. I’m much better now, and eager to get hiking again!
