Coming to you from beautiful Carolina Beach State Park. Today I’m cruising on the Snow’s Cut Trail, enjoying river views along my early morning walk.

I’m out of the boot and putting my injured foot to the test with some short, flat hikes. If this goes well, I can gradually intensify my training for a thru-hike I’d love to do this summer.
