Normally I don’t mind a little rain, but when my gear gets soaked, that’s a different issue! As I headed toward Twin Lakes, CO, I got drenched more than once. Soggy backpacking gear isn’t just heavy to carry, it could be dangerous in the wrong circumstances. I need to sort this out, quick!
