O’Leno State Park
Camping, Hiking, and Biking

What a Fun Stop in North Florida!

I booked a couple of nights at a campsite in O’Leno State Park for an “outdoor reboot.” Camping is the ultimate de-stressor for me, and I love exploring new and interesting places.

This park is known for its fascinating natural feature: a river sink where Santa Fe River disappears underground. The river travels for 3 miles in deep caverns before resurfacing in River Rise State park.

With miles of trails to hike and bike, this was an amazing North Florida getaway. In fact, I wish I had more time to explore the trail here, but I’m traveling from Florida to Charleston, SC for a visit with my daughter, and I need to be on my way.
