Excited or Anxious? (It’s OK to be Both)
Planning for a thru-hike can be almost as fun as hiking! It can take as long, too, it you’re not careful. While some of us love preparing for a thru-hike, it can also make hikers anxious. Are you choosing the right gear? How will you resupply? What if there’s an emergency?
Thankfully, with good advice and a little research, planning your next thru hike can be a joy. These videos will help with the process, and if I can help with any questions – or if you’d like to suggest a topic for me to address – feel free to contact me.
