Watch Me Build a Camper Van

Van life wasn’t even on the radar when I thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail. In fact, other than the old “living in a van down by the river” skit, I hadn’t given it a thought until after my divorce. Suddenly and unexpectedly, life opened up a host of new possibilities.

What if you could start over and do whatever you want?

Before I could really start fresh, I needed a HUGE project to get my mind off the emotional trauma that haunted me. I couldn’t think of a better way to change my focus than a months-long van build. (One that would prepare me for a life of adventure travel, of course!)

Some might think I was a little crazy to tackle a solo van build, but I did it! Just watch, and I’ll show what a little blood, sweat, tears, and lots of determination can accomplish.
